Why do pool prices vary so much between companies?

Because not all quotes include the same scope. Anything from dimensions to minimums on tradesman all play a part in how pricing is calculated.

How long does it take to get a permit?

It depends on the requirement on the jurisdiction you home is located. We have had permits pass in 1 weeks time all the way to 4 months due to the way the permitting department handles the submission. Typically 30-60 days is average

How long does it take to build a pool?

From permit approval to completion, most pools take 8–10 weeks.

What items am I the home owner responsible for?

Typically you are responsible for irrigation and sod replacement. You are also responsible for the barrier around the pool whether it is a fence with self closing and latching gates or a screen enclosure. When we come to the property we can explain the options available to you.

How deep of a pool can I get?

This depends on the area you live in and how close we are to the water table. Average pools are from 3' to 5' deep how ever we can go to 7' and 8' with special engineering and if your property is on higher ground.

How soon can you start working on my project?
